We only offer shipping in South Africa.

We use the Courier Guy and shipping can take up to 3 days.

Returns and exchanges

The provision of goods and services by Bespoke Babies is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Bespoke Babies will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 3% administration fee.

Returns of goods are allowed within 30 days of purchase as long as the goods are in the exact condition as purchased and in the same packaging. Only Online Or Store Vouchers will be issued for these refunds and courier costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of faulty goods, the fault should be reported immediately to Bespoke Babies and thereafter a case number will be opened. Once the item has been returned to the store, the item will be assessed and once the supplier has been notified of the claim and the findings have been issued, a replacement will be sent to the customer. This can take up to 30 days.

No returns will be acknowledged on Underwear, costumes, dummies and pacifiers, feeding utensils or bottles.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way of email and/or telephone with an accompanying booking number and the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.
